"Buyer be aware!!! JD is a liar and will tell you anything. His staff is is unprofessional, can't answer a question, don't call back, and you can't have a conversation because of the crying children, in the back ground. JD sent me an email claiming to taken care of me for years! What did you do JD, cancel policies with no notice, for no reason. You didn't stand up or protect us, when hit by a drunk driver. Brovo to all the females, giving good reviews, we know who's buttering your bread.. Do your spouses condone, your extracurricular activities? Best of luck"

"I am that customer, the one that has all the abnormal things happen too. If I didn’t have bad luck I would not have luck. Lucky me!! J.D. Bowen and his team have been great to work with. When I leave a message, they are quick to respond. They provide answers to my questions and help me turn all my bad luck issues around. I switched from my long time insurance company just over a year ago and the difference is night and day. My rates went down and the customer service is 100% better. They are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service they provide."
