"I would love to give a positive review when we lived in a different state I loved working with State Farm, but working with this agent has been frustrating. My son got his license and they requested a copy. I uploaded it to the secure portal on State farm and was told they can't access those. There is secure email through State farm for a reason why would the agent not have access?? I sent it in an email even though I didn't feel comfortable with it so we could keep insurance. They then ask again saying they knew I had sent it but couldn't find it could I please send it again so I did. Then I get a letter in the mail stating my insurance is canceled because of failure to provide his license. I call they apologize say they know I have already sent it but they lost it can I please text a picture this time? That feels really secure! I may use State farm again in the future but not with this agent."
